CEO

Ľudmila Olejárová

The main responsibility of our company's CEO is ensuring smooth operation of the company, its departments, and its employees. She is also responsible for ensuring any business operations are successfully finished on time, organising and assigning tasks to our departments, and evaluating the work of our employees. Furthermore, she organises meetings, approves and decides on raises, estabilishes business relations and solves any possible difficulties. 

Deputy CEO

Zuzana Moravanská

Our deputy CEO is responsible for solving difficulties that arise in the absence of our CEO.

She is also held responsible for succesfully finishing business operations on time and approving and deciding on employee bonuses during the CEO's absence.

Secretary

Alexandra Toporová

The tasks of our secretary include, among others, filing and handling of our correspondence. She also secures the proofreading of outgoing business letters, so that they are always stylised according to the norm. She writes addresses on envelopes, stores our company's stamps, handles phone calls and performs any other tasks assigned to her by our CEO.  

HR and Accounting departments

Oliver Pápezsik, Tomáš Doboš

This department, made by merging two separate departments, handles the records of attendance of our employees and their retention rates. The department also processes job applications and writes up job contracts, calculates employees' salaries, secures all communication with social and health insurance offices, archives all legal documents and responds to legal enquiries.

Web and IT department

Dávid Garaj, Lukáš Burdiga

The web and IT department manages our webpage, edits photos and videos, and manages our IT infrastructure. It cooperates very closely with our marketing department and helps with creating our catalogue and pricelist.

Marketing department

Karolína Katrenics, Wiara Alves, Pavlína Šmídová

The marketing department is the one with the fresh ideas. It submits various proposals which, in case they are approved by the CEO. It draws up the company's logos, stamps, business cards, and any promotional material, such as the product catalogue, electronic presentations, advertisement, etc. It represents the company on the outside, builds panels and thinks up activities for public events.

Commercial department

Patrícia Albertová, Dominika Antalová, Andrea Brenkusová, Tatiana Palečková

The commercial department buys goods for resale and services required for operation. It manages and keeps records on our inventory, writes up purchase papers - orders, invoices, warehouse receipts, etc. It also develops our product assortment and price list..
